Lettuce
In search of meteorological conditions that make it possible to obtain the highest quality lettuces, our fields undergo the crop rotation system. In this way, we begin and end production in the north of the province of Murcia, Baza and Albacete, and in between we cultivate in the Cartagena field.
ICEBERG
Sturdy and firm, iceberg lettuce is similar to cabbage and its advantage is that its thick leaves remain firm for quite a long time after being picked.

ROMAINE

MINI ROMAINE
It is a lettuce similar to Romaine lettuce but with a smaller and uniform caliber. It is a light green to dark green lettuce, depending on the variety. The size is small and the shape is elongated. The flavor is mild, slightly sweet and with a bitter undertone. The leaves and ribs are slightly crisp and turgid. It is a lettuce rich in vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, sodium and potassium.
